SIDE MOUNT PIVOTS AND GUIDES

Side mount Top Pivot Plates and Top Panel Guide Plates allow hardware to be mounted to door material not suited to edge mounting such as MDF, particle board or Plywood for example.

Top-Hung hardware allow doors to hang naturally reducing possible warpage problems. Top pivot socket holds top pivot firmly in place with a locking clip and will not fall out of the track. Bottom pivot carries no weight and is completely adjustable for precise door alignment.

Pivot set and door guide are offset (not equal distance from door edge) therefore doors will not bind when in the open position and allow the doors to be pushed shut rather than pulled shut.

Heavy gauge steel pivot components hold heavy doors securely in place and ensure a long operating life.

Heavy-duty panel hangers feature a tricycle design to support heavy solid core door panels and distribute weight evenly. Nylon encapsulated ball bearing wheel design provides smooth, silent feather touch panel operation. Hanger plate detaches from hanger trolley for easy door installation or removal.

BOX TRACK

Heavy walled aluminum track is precision extruded for smooth operation. Box design means that doors will not jump track. Convex track rails reduce roller friction. Features Johnson's line-design fascia to hide finger marks and scratches, or to hold paint if desired.

NON-MORTISE HINGES

Specially designed 2-piece hinge enables door panels to be installed or removed by simply lifting off. Nylon bearing surfaces provide long wearing and smooth operation. Non-mortise design allows for easy hinge installation and correct panel spacing.
