The 2800 is a versatile single track sliding door hardware series designed primarily for "on-the-job" construction of pocket doors, but also usable in combination with itself or other Johnson series tracks for special installations of sliding doors. The 2800 features an aluminum track with convex rails and heavy gauge steel components that are zinc plated for a quality appearance. Components are available in bulk for fabricators, as are fixtures for assembly of pocket door frames.

2800 FEATURES

2800 TRACK

Aluminum track is precision extruded to provide smooth operation. Convex rail design provides single point hanger wheel contact for low roll resistance, and dust traps on both sides of rails allow hangers to operate freely when dust builds up.

BALANCED WHEEL HANGER

Machine turned and balanced wheels offer low roll resistance, feather touch operation. Hangers are height adjustable for precision door alignment. Twin wheeled ball bearing hangers available for heavy doors.

MOLDED NYLON GUIDES

Jamb mount door guides effectively hold door in place without binding and insure smooth door operation.

TESTED QUALITY

All Johnson hardware is rigidly tested to meet ANSI standards.

NOTES: SETS INCLUDE ALL NECESSARY HARDWARE LESS DOORS, TRACK CAN BE CUT DOW TO FIT SMALLER SIZE OPENINGS
