To return a product to L.E.
Johnson Products Inc.,
you'll need to request a
Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number
by contacting Customer
Relations.

We'll need the following
information to authorize
your return:
· Customer name
· Customer number
· Invoice number or order
number
· The number of items being
returned
· Whether the product box
has been opened
· Nature of the problem
L.E. Johnson
Inc. accepts
returns on merchandise within
60 days from ship date. Original shipping charges
are not refunded on returned
items. Customers are
responsible for all shipping
charges back to L.E. Johnson
Products, Inc. on returned
items. L.E. Johnson will
apply a 25% restocking fee
to all returned items.
If your return merchandise
is accepted, we will post a
credit to your L.E. Johnson
Products, Inc. account
within 48 hours from the
time that we receive the product(s) in our
distribution center. Each
return is credited in the
same manner as payment. If
you paid for your order with
a credit card, the credit
will be applied to that
card. You will be able to
verify the credit by calling
your credit card company. |
